Before founding RealEyes Coaching, LLC, I spent years in academia as a research professor, driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior, identity, and meaning. My research explored how people experience authenticity, transformation, and purpose through their relationships with place, wilderness, and self.
But insight alone wasn’t enough. I felt called to bring that work into the real world, where growth isn’t just theoretical, but personal, practical, and lived.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of my academic research on perception, authenticity, and meaning-making and my ontological coaching practice – identity-level work that transforms how leaders see themselves, trust themselves, and lead. It’s supported by advanced training in coaching psychology, neuroscience-informed methods, and leadership development.
I’m an ICF-certified coach, a Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC), and a trained Emergenetics® associate.
My coaching is rooted in The Alignment Method™ - an ontological and neuroscience-informed framework that helps leaders align who they are and how they lead. Through this approach, clients learn to:
This work isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about removing what’s in the way so you can lead, grow, and make an impact from a place that actually fits who you are.
When leaders align who they are with what they do, they don’t just lead more effectively; they live more fully.
I came into coaching with Elizabeth hoping to find some advice about my career path.
I have felt a little lost and unsure of which hobby/passion/ or money making schemes I should be getting into to bring me closer to my career goals. Talking with Elizabeth was really good for me. She helped me align myself with the things I enjoyed most and truly wanted to do, just by asking me about me.
Getting to know someone with skills like Elizabeth’s really shows you that everything you need and
want is accomplishable by YOU.
I came to Elizabeth Vidon to get guidance and direction with my resume as well as my interviewing techniques. I was excited when USA JOBS had an announcement for a promotion possibility; but
quickly realized I needed the guidance and direction of a savvy and highly analytical Career Coach
(such as Elizabeth herself) to help me with my resume, interview techniques and confidence issues
that I was having when it came to the federal government application process (this process was very intimidating to me).
Elizabeth not only helped me find the internal strength and confidence I so desperately needed, she also gave me tools and resources to help me.
Real change requires more than good advice. It requires rigor, structure, and insight grounded in evidence.
My work is informed by years of academic research, industry-recognized credentials, and hands-on experience coaching professionals across sectors. I draw from neuroscience-informed coaching, leadership development, and evidence-based cognitive and behavioral frameworks to support growth that is clear, strategic, and sustainable.
Whether we’re navigating leadership pressure, career transitions, or deeper questions of purpose, I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations to move forward with clarity, confidence, and alignment.
