I spent years in academia as a professor, driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior, identity, and purpose. My research focused on how we relate to ourselves, to each other, and to the world—through the lens of authenticity and transformation.
But insight alone wasn’t enough. I felt called to bring that work into the real world—where growth isn’t just theoretical, but personal, practical, and alive. Today, I blend my academic foundation—a PhD in Geography and a fascination with people, places, and meaning—with credentials in coaching psychology, neuroscience-informed methods, and leadership development.
I’m an ICF-certified coach, a Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC), and a trained Emergenetics® associate.
My approach is rooted in science and grounded in connection. I help clients identify blind spots, lead with intention, and make clear, values-driven decisions.
Whether we’re navigating leadership pressure, career transitions, or questions of purpose, I help people, team and organizations to move forward with clarity, confidence, and alignment.
I believe that success shouldn’t cost your well-being. And growth should feel like coming home to yourself.
I came into coaching feeling unsure about my direction. Elizabeth helped me reconnect with what I actually enjoy and want to pursue—just by asking the right questions.
She made me realize I already had what I needed to move forward. Since working with her, I’ve been more confident in networking and have even received multiple job offers. I feel clearer, more capable, and finally excited about what’s next.
I asked Elizabeth for help navigating a very complicated and highly stressful promotion opportunity - and ended up gaining so much more.
She helped me strengthen my resume, improve my interview skills, and—most importantly—build real confidence in myself. Her insight, compassion, and practical tools made an intimidating process feel manageable. I walked away feeling prepared, empowered, and ready to take the next step.
Real change requires more than good advice—it requires skill, structure, and science. My work is grounded in years of academic research, industry-recognized certifications, and hands-on experience coaching professionals across sectors.
From neuroscience-informed coaching to leadership development and behavioral profiling, I bring the tools that help you grow with clarity, not chaos.
